Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING

Typical processing includes orders processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email info@plasterandwax.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. Transit times will vary depending on delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not currently offering international shipping outside of the U.S.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To start that process, please contact us at info@plasterandwax.com. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time.

For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
